Holiday Prize Draw

Open to UK residents aged 25 and over who accurately complete the official entry form/ online survey and return / submit before the closing date. There will be one main prize to win. Winners to choose the following prize, or a cash alternative of £5000: Luxury Spanish villa holiday. This prize is for up to 4 people and includes economy flights, transfers and superb self-catering accommodation at a top holiday destination. Insurance and spending money of £1000 also included. The closing date for the first draw is 30th September 2009. Only one entry per household. No purchase necessary to enter. The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date. The winners will be selected at random by computer. Judge's decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into. This draw is not open to employees, associated agents of Club La Costa Ltd. (CLC) or anyone concerned with this promotion or to members of any our sponsor's holiday products. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. The winner will be notified by telephone or email within 14 days of the draw date of the competition. If contact cannot be made within 30 days of the draw date, the prize will be forfeited and will be used as the prize for the following draw. It is the entrant's responsibility to notify CLC of any change in contact information. The Winner's name will be available from CLC. Details to process the prize claim must be provided by the winner within 14 days of notification by CLC or its representative. Entry into this draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Prizes are not transferable. Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with one of an equivalent or greater value. Holiday Awards (which are offered separately and independent of the prizes offered in the Prize Draw itself) are subject to terms and conditions available upon request. Your details may be shared with carefully selected companies who may wish to contact you with information or services which may be of interest. Entry into the draw authorises us to contact you including by email/SMS. Calls are monitored and may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Please note that we reserve the right to contact you before or after the Prize Draw to make awards which are entirely separate from the Prize Draw and that those awards are subject to attending a presentation and are subject to their own qualification criteria and their own terms and conditions. Holiday Awards

All holiday awards are strictly subject to the terms and conditions as detailed below.

In order to receive the holiday award, you and your partner must attend a Club La Costa holiday products presentation at one of our UK Exhibitions Centres. There will be absolutely no obligation to buy anything and we are confident you will find the presentation extremely informative and interesting.

Only you the individual and your partners on this email offer are eligible to claim the award. The award is not transferable, and as recipients, both parties must attend. We will require a form of identification for both partners to ensure we award the holiday to the correct recipients, i.e. utility bill, driving licence or passport. All awards will be distributed at the end of the presentation, which lasts approximately two hours and are valid only on your appointed day.

This offer is for a holiday in Spain, Tenerife, Portugal or the UK subject to availability. The European holiday includes return flights for four people and accommodation for up to six people. The cost of the European holiday is £29.50 per person for the first four passengers and £99 per person for up to two additional passengers exclusive of airport and travel surcharges. The UK holiday cost is £29.50 per person for a weekend or midweek break. Up to 4 people may travel on the UK holiday at the same cost per person but must include both the offer recipients detailed overleaf. Gateway and departure date will be advised by Exclusive Lifestyle Passport as appropriate.

Clients may select weeks of their choice in accordance with the terms and conditions of the holiday voucher but only one peak week, as availability is limited. Priority will be given to teachers and families with school aged children.

Recipients must be UK homeowners, aged between 25-62 years, married or living together as a couple, for at least one year, one must be in full time employment or self employed (unless early retirement taken), with a joint income of £30,000 or more. ("The Marketing Criteria.").

Club La Costa Members, owners of any Holiday Club Points' systems or recipients falling outside of the Marketing Criteria are not eligible to attend the presentation or receive the holiday voucher or any bonus gifts.

This offer is not transferable in whole or part and recipients may only have one application with Exclusive Lifestyle Passport or SunBreaks within a 12 month period.

Clients who have attended a Club La Costa presentation at any location within the previous 12 months are not eligible to receive the holiday voucher or any bonus gifts.

The bonus gift is subject to terms and conditions contained therein.

Holiday Award Offer

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all Exclusive Lifestyle Passport offers and cannot be changed under any circumstances. The voucher is operated in accordance with its specific terms & conditions and cannot be varied by any verbal representations. Exclusive Lifestyle Passport is a trading name of Exclusive Lifestyle Passport Ltd.

  1. This holiday offer is open to UK residents aged between twenty-five and sixty-two who are married, or have been cohabiting for at least one year, and are homeowners with a joint annual income in excess of £30,000.
  2. This voucher may only be used by the participant family once and is not transferable in whole or part. Any unused sections have no cash value and may not be used in conjunction with other offers or given in exchange.
  3. Exclusive Lifestyle Passport uses a variety of low cost and charter airlines for your booking.
  4. Any infant under the age of two, upon their return to the UK, will be subject to a ticketing fee of £30 and must be seated with an adult over sixteen years of age. All children over two years of age will be classed as adult passengers.
  5. Changes in transportation costs, including the cost of fuel, taxes or fees chargeable for services such as landing taxes, embarkation or disembarkation at airports mean that the price of your travel arrangements may change after you have booked. However there will be no change within 30 days of your departure. We will absorb and you will not be charged for any increase equivalent to 2% of the price of the travel arrangements, which excludes insurance premiums and any amendment charges. You will be charged for the amount over and above that, plus an administration fee of £1.00 per person. If this means you have to pay more than 10% of the price of your travel arrangements, you will have the option of accepting a change to another holiday, if we are able to offer one (If this is of equivalent or higher quality you will not have to pay more, but if it is of a lower quality you will be refunded the difference in price) or cancelling and receiving a full refund of all monies paid, except for any amendment charges. We will consider an appropriate refund of Insurance premiums paid if you can show that you are unable to transfer or re-use your policy. Should you decide to cancel for this reason, you must exercise your right to do so within 14 days from the issue date printed on the final invoice. Should the price of your holiday go down due to changes mentioned above, by more than 2% of your holiday cost, then any refund due will be paid to you. However, please note that travel arrangements are not always purchased in local currency and some apparent changes have no impact on the price of your travel due to contractual and other protection in place.
  6. All airlines have different polices on the weight allowance for your checked in luggage, standard allowance is 15 kilos per bag, we will include the cost of 1 bag per person, excluding infants, to check in at the airport. Airlines may charge Excess baggage amounts to increase your allowance.   7. All vouchers must be signed and dated at the time of issue.
  8. It is advisable to have comprehensive travel insurance for your holiday. It is not compulsory for you to purchase this from Exclusive Lifestyle Passport. However, we are able to offer competitive rates.
  9. There is no obligation to rent or purchase anything in order to take up this holiday offer. During your stay you will be required to take a hospitality tour, which will explain the resort facilities, services on offer and the benefits of Holiday Ownership to you.
  10. Two of the passengers travelling must be redeeming and travelling as a qualified couple. All passenger names must be provided at the time of application. Any name change requests must be made in writing. For travel involving flights any name changes after the holiday offer has been made will be subject to a minimum fee of £50 per passenger.
  11. Clients must choose four different weeks that are a minimum of eight weeks apart and three months from the voucher issue date and all must be within 18 months of the voucher issue date. Clients will be offered one of their date choices although no match of preferred destination or airport can be promised. All clients are made only one holiday offer, which is non-negotiable.
  12. Clients may only select one grey week. Priority for these weeks will be given to teachers and families with school-aged children.
  13. If selecting the European holiday clients will be charged a fee to cover Air Passenger Duty, travel and airport taxes, fuel surcharges and security as charged to Exclusive Lifestyle Passport by the airport and airlines and which cannot be waived.   14. Promotional holiday fees will be refunded if Exclusive Lifestyle Passport fails to make a holiday offer as per the client's date choices and in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the offer.
  15. Non-compliance with the Terms & Conditions mentioned, insufficient or non-payment of fees, fraudulent attempts made to use this offer or misrepresentation will invalidate the offer and absolve Exclusive Lifestyle Passport of all responsibilities to the client.
  16. Please be advised that the promotional holiday is subject to availability and works on a 'first come, first served' basis. In the unlikely event of oversubscription, clients will be offered a guaranteed place on another of their choice of dates.
  17. To the extent permitted by law, Exclusive Lifestyle Passport does not accept responsibility for any damages, loss, delays, injuries/deaths, accidents or dissatisfaction caused by occurrences and conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to: acts of God, nature, sickness, strikes, local customs, law and politics during registered clients' participation n an Exclusive Lifestyle Passport offer.
  18. Delay in delivery of notifications caused by postal services; and/or delay in receipt caused by absence from home; and/or non-fulfilment of the acceptance procedure, will absolve Exclusive Lifestyle Passport of the further responsibility in fulfilling the holiday offer.
  19. Once you have received notification of your holiday offer, which will be a minimum of 60 days before your departure date, you must confirm acceptance of this offer by post within 14 days of the offer issue date. If you have selected the European holiday you must also pay for airport passenger duty and taxes plus the outstanding balance of £69.50 per person for any additional passengers, at this time.
  20. The promotional holiday fee is non-refundable.
  21. Principal passenger/family cannot take or book a second Exclusive Lifestyle Passport holiday within 12 months of their first Exclusive Lifestyle Passport holiday.
  22. It is the responsibility of the client to arrange visa documentation in time for their date of travel, if applicable. Transfers to and from the resort are not included.
  23. If applicable, you must have a valid passport at time of travel.
  24. Owners of CLC products, pack products and points holiday systems are not eligible for the holiday award.
  25. All the information that you supply will be held by Exclusive Lifestyle Passport or its authorised agents to help with the supply of the services indicated and for research, marketing and promotional analysis purposes. Disclosure to other companies may have to be made in order to provide the services requested. In addition, your details may be shared with carefully selected companies who may contact you with information on products or services that may be of interest. Telephone and other communications may be recorded or monitored for the purpose of staff training and quality control.
